Guide to Jewish Life
The cover art arises from contemplation on what growing up in the Jewish community of Washington County has meant to me. In sum, it is the idea that Judaism can lead one down many paths, that of spirituality, education, community, celebration, a sense of identity, family, and peaceful social change. The color scheme arises out of inspiration from photographs during the 1970s of Israeli beaches at sunset. The background is based off of a photo of The Diag at the University of Michigan.
